IVLISA is a semi-bespoke brand started and designed by Elena Savchenko. Ms. Savchenko told me that the name IVLISA is a combination of her name and the names of other family members. Elena attended Instituto Maragoni and Cordwainers while also taking private lessons from twenty Royal family shoemakers. Each IVLISA creation takes fifty hours to make and the lasts are made from natural wood in order to create unique, comfortable and elegant heels. With such attention to detail and the use of avant-garde silhouettes Ms. Savchenko will have a long and fruitful career. (source)
